Linda Playa was founded in 1960 and is dedicated exclusively to the production and sale of salted anchovies. It was the first company
in Cantabria to meet European standards, since 1994/95. Today, it is one of the industry’s largest companies, both nationally and
internationally, operating mainly in the Italian market. Modern technologies are combined with artisan processes, with all phases of production
adhering to strict quality control procedures.
