Maison Castaing
Maison Castaing, founded in 1925 and now represented by the fourth generation, is located in the “”Aquitaine”” region, where 50 percent of Foie Gras production is concentrated.
This region, bordering the Pyrenees and bathed by the Atlantic Ocean, is characterized by an oceanic climate and the presence of large forests, which create the ideal environment for raising ducks.
Castaing has always worked with small local farms and prefers breeding in total freedom and with a natural diet.
