Rustì

Tradition is what inspires this project: the “”arrosticino”” is a typical dish of Abruzzo cuisine that has always been made with sheep meat.
Rustì has transformed this traditional dish into a product suitable for finger/street food but also for gourmet cuisine by identifying different cooking methods, suitable for both catering and domestic realities.
