Sturia

Sturia has specialized in caviar production for more than 20 years, and has gained considerable experience over time, which is reflected in the high quality of the product.
Female sturgeon are bred for about 8 years before reaching maturity.
The caviar is produced using traditional methods: the eggs are hand-sifted, washed and salted before being canned; the caviar is then matured naturally in maturation chambers.
