Sardines in olive oil


All our sardines, caught in the waters along the coast of Galicia between June and October, are processed immediately and entirely by hand. Before they are packed into cans and covered in olive oil, they are gently steamed to ensure that their firm texture and subtle, pleasant flavour is retained.
