Agramunt Nougat

Master artisans continue to produce Agramunt Nougat by following the traditional recipe made from sugar, honey, and egg whites to which almonds or hazelnuts are added since 1775.
The nougat is still made according to traditional techniques handed down from generation to generation since 1775.
