Cassata

A dessert of very ancient origins, dating back to Arab domination, the cassata of the Cerniglia pastry shop is prepared following the traditional recipe with raw materials from the local area, selected and processed with pastry experience and wisdom, manual processing without the use of industrial semi-finished products.
