Pasticceria Cerniglia

Pasticceria Cerniglia was established in 1972 when Salvatore Cerniglia founded the first confectionery workshop in the Piana degli Albanesi area, soon becoming renowned for its production of ricotta cream-based desserts. The company, now led by the second Cerniglia generation, has not lost its artisanal vocation, which can be found in the Arancine made according to tradition, in the Cannoli prepared following the 1972 recipe, and again in the Sicilian Cassata or the Ricotta and Pistachio Bavarian Cream.
