Salted anchovies

Linda Playa selects her anchovies as soon as they arrive in port and processes only those of superior quality. Decapitated, washed in water and salt, the Cantabrian anchovies are dried and finally preserved in sea salt in the typical round tins.
The careful selection and craftsmanship, carried out immediately after fishing, allow us to bring to the table a product that contains all the flavors of the sea.
